Here's the 411 need to go back to my no candy.only water until i drink 8 10 oz. cups of water a day. I am not going to totally go candy free I will enjoy 2 nips or other small hard candy a day.
In 2 weeks will start counting calories. start eating better again.
cheez its and soup are starting on wensday the 12th.
trying to take multi vitamin, calcium and airborn(vitamin c), and emergency.
