need to stick to diet

Here's the 411 need to go back to my no candy.only water until i drink 8 10 oz. cups of water a day. I am not going to totally go candy free I will enjoy 2 nips or other small hard candy a day.
In 2 weeks will start counting calories. start eating better again.
cheez its and soup are starting on wensday the 12th.
trying to take multi vitamin, calcium and airborn(vitamin c), and emergency.
started exercising, the last 2 days.


plus exercise

oct. 10th 2011 I started working out,
I will workout when my daughter gets off the bus today is cardio.
just finished working out the firm express cardio. 20 mins. and very tough.
I can do the whole week.
oct. 10th 2011 cardio sculpt
oct. 11th 2011 cardio
abs hurting a little from cardio sculpt.
tomorrow is sculpt.
