black friday start
Okay black friday is the start to getting health.
snack on veggies
drink 8 to 10 glasses of water
eat veggies at lunch and dinner
eat fruit at breakfest
snack will consist of cheese chunks, turkey sticks, and veggies, and some dip.so protein, dairy and veggie.
workout will be slim in six.
