drank my water, and took the kiddo skittles for a walk to the park about 20 minutes.
10 glasses of water. wensday i add some other healty habit to my new healthy lifestyle, still thinking about what to do.
elimanate most carbs and add more protein is looking good to me so far.
also cutting my sugar intake only one sweet a day.

my get healthy challange

day 1 of my get healthy challenge.
for day one I will drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, and walk at least 10 mins. when its nice weather, next month i will start the 30 day shred. got to loss the tire around my waist,
also I am slowly changing my diet to the diabetes diet I was on when pregnant, which is high protein low carbs this is the way every one should eat.
