need to stick to diet

Here's the 411 need to go back to my no candy.only water until i drink 8 10 oz. cups of water a day. I am not going to totally go candy free I will enjoy 2 nips or other small hard candy a day.
In 2 weeks will start counting calories. start eating better again.
cheez its and soup are starting on wensday the 12th.
trying to take multi vitamin, calcium and airborn(vitamin c), and emergency.
started exercising, the last 2 days.

oct. 10th 2011 I started working out,
I will workout when my daughter gets off the bus today is cardio.
just finished working out the firm express cardio. 20 mins. and very tough.
I can do the whole week.

abs hurting a little from cardio sculpt.
tomorrow is sculpt.

start over

starting ove agian, lets see if I can do it. counting calories and drinking water also 3 cups of green tea a day. no diet pills and no workouts until it warms up. explain in tomarrow.

complacations

I ve had some set backs 1 my period with major cramping feels like I am haveing a baby this always happens a month before my shot, this really sucks, but at least i dont bleed every month and its only cramping but it hurts to much , need 3 more ibprofin.

black friday start

Okay black friday is the start to getting health.
  1. snack on veggies
  2. drink 8 to 10 glasses of water
  3. eat veggies at lunch and dinner
  4. eat fruit at breakfest
  5. snack will consist of cheese chunks, turkey sticks, and veggies, and some dip.so protein, dairy and veggie.
  6. workout will be slim in six.

drank my water, and took the kiddo skittles for a walk to the park about 20 minutes.
10 glasses of water. wensday i add some other healty habit to my new healthy lifestyle, still thinking about what to do.
elimanate most carbs and add more protein is looking good to me so far.
also cutting my sugar intake only one sweet a day.

my get healthy challange

day 1 of my get healthy challenge.
for day one I will drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, and walk at least 10 mins. when its nice weather, next month i will start the 30 day shred. got to loss the tire around my waist,
also I am slowly changing my diet to the diabetes diet I was on when pregnant, which is high protein low carbs this is the way every one should eat.
